| WOW! It has been a really long time since I have updated this thing, so I guess it is time. So much has happened since my last post I don't even know where to begin.
I guess the first big event was Carrie's wedding on June 18th. Everything went perfect for her, for me it was a different story. Her wedding was outside and I have really bad allergies...and to say the least my eyes got puffy/swollen/itchy and I broke out in hives...that was all before the wedding...by the time the wedding started my hives were pretty much gone but my eyes burned sooo bad it looked like I was bawling through the whole wedding because I had to wipe my eyes every 2 seconds lol. Her reception was a blast! I even gave my toast...I didn't chicken out like a lot of people thought I would do! Yes I cried through it and was shaking like crazy but by the end of the toast I had Carrie and Ryan in tears...so I guess my job was well done Here is a picture...it's not very good but oh well...

Work...the end of June I got offered a promotion. I am now a loan processor and I have a guaranteed job with full benefits when I graduate in December. It has been a challenge learning everything but I think it will be a lot of fun and it is something new. I figured I would give it a try and if it's not for me I can always keep looking. As my parents said, I have the hard part over with...finding a job with benefits when I graduate, school will be school.
Fourth of July was spent at home...I did go to the Topeka fireworks and it was a really good show. We didn't get together with my aunts/cousins this year because they were in Missouri but it's okay I got to see fireworks so I was happy
Last weekend my cousin went through a Rite of Acceptance so he can get married in a Catholic church. This was a totally different experience for my whole family but we were there to support him and be there for him. After that we all went to my aunts house and had a family gathering and of course I got to see my adorable little cousin :) I am going to go up to my cousins this weekend to spend time with Tyler, Connor, and Brenna (my cousin's kids). I think we are going to go to the pool and just have fun! I love spending time with those kids :) Here are a couple of pictures of me and Brenna...isn't she so cute! Bad of me...good of her :) hehe

Well, so much more has happened but I am sure this has been boring enough! That's about all that has been happening...hope everyone is having a good summer!

| Wow, it's been a while since I have last updated...A lot of things have happened, some for the good and some for the bad. I am so glad that classes are over and all of my grades turned out okay. I was pretty relieved after the load of classes I had this past semester...now all I have to do is think one more and I am out of Emporia. Wow, that seems crazy!
My summer has consisted of working so far, but I am not going to complain...I really need the money. Speaking of work I am really trying to figure out what I want to do when I am finished with college. My boss talked to me last week and wants me to consider working at a different branch as an assistant loan processor. I would be on full time with full benefits and they would work with me through my final semester of college and then I will have a full time job/benefits right when I graduate. I have thought about it and even if it’s not what I want to do for the rest of my career, it at least gets me a step in door. It's not guaranteed and even if I don't get it, I feel honored for them to even talk to me about it. I have been with the bank for five years and they said they will do what they can to help me and find me a position in the bank if it’s what I want to do. This is all happening so fast! I don't want to grow up...I want to stay a 'lil kid who doesn't have to make these hard and big decisions depending on what they do with their career life! So...I guess I will just wait and see what happens, I know we all go through this at some point and time!
Saturday, the 21st was Carrie's bachelorette party! I had a good time...I think I would have had more fun if I wasn't the one who had to throw it and keep everyone entertained. All I can say is that they are VERY EXPENSIVE!!! I know I'm the maid of honor and you put it on, but if I was a bridesmaid I would have at least asked if I could help set up or fund in one way or another. Heidi who isn't even in the wedding did last minute errands with me and helped me decorate for everything. I can't thank her enough for her help...she is the best and I really appreciated everything she did to help me out! I know it shouldn't be a big deal, but in a way it is...but that’s okay Carrie said it was exactly what she wanted and she couldn't have asked for anything better....so that's all that matters.
This week consists of working...nothing unusual! I am going put-putting tonight! YAY!!! Even though I suck really badly at it I'm sure it will still be a good time. This weekend will probably be spent at Heidi's. We are having her 21st birthday party Sunday night since her brother won't be in town Monday. Monday afternoon I have to go to my aunts to fold, stuff, and address wedding invitations for my cousin's wedding in August! Well, I think that's it for now...nothing too exciting! I hope everyone is have a good summer so far. Talk to everyone later...

| This past week has been a living hell...I don't want to go into details but I know as a person I need to be strong and I CAN get through it. I have been praying a lot about everything and I know things take time, but I hope things get better sooner than later.
I am so excited that this is the last week of classes. I found out last week that I don't have to take one of my finals that I thought I was going to have to take...that made my week! I still have to go to class on Monday and Wednesday but not on Friday Tuesday I have to give my presentation for marketing strategy. I am hoping it goes okay, it is a group presentation. I hate the professor for this class and Im still really nervous because we are actually presenting to the owner of the store that we have been working with... Once that is out of the way I have a take home final in that class and I never have to have that professor again! Wednesday I have a final in my night class...hopefully it goes better than my mid-term...So I actually only have to take two finals during finals week. They will both be tough ones but I know I can do it!
Well, I will quit rambling on...I hope everyone has a good week...
| Well, after last week I am hoping this week is 100 times better. I still have tons of homework, papers, and group meetings this week but I don't think it will be quite as stressful....hoping anyway! Melissa and I got our 12 page paper done Sunday night and it isn't due until Wednesday so that was a HUGE relief off of our shoulders! And the best part is knowing we don't have to rush to get it done before class Wednesday night! I am suppose to get my Intermediate Macroeconomics test back tomorrow...kinda scared about that one! Guess we will find out, maybe it will be surprisingly good like my first test in that class!
Well this past weekend was pretty busy. Saturday I worked and then my mom and I went to Ozawkie to pick up a few things that were still at Steve's house. I got to catch up with my old neighbor so that was fun...I really miss that girl! Sunday was Carrie's bridal shower and it turned out really well. She got a lot of really nice things and a big turnout so I was really happy for her!
Well, enough rambling. I better finish my homework for my 8am tomorrow and get to bed, I am exhausted! I hope everyone has a good week.
| What to say...I had a pretty good weekend although it was really busy. Heidi was back in town so after work on Friday, her, Adam, and I went out to eat and then I went back home because I had to work Saturday morning. Saturday night I went up to Ozawkie to attend the boy's 21st birthday party...kinda boring at times but it was nice to see many people that I had not talked to in forever! Sunday was spent with the family at my aunt’s house in Ottawa. She has the cutest new puppy Heidi had to go back home on Monday I can't wait 'til May when she moves back to Kansas and I will get to see her all the time! It has been 3 and 1/2 years since she has been in Pennsylvania and we are still just as close as we were the day she moved...I am so thankful for that and I couldn't ask for a better friend!
School, school, school...I'M SICK OF IT! haha...I have so many things to do and I feel there is no time to work on any of it. I know many people are feeling like this, so I wish you all the best in getting everything finished up!
I haven't felt very well today. My throat has been really scratchy and I think my allergies are kicking in...this is not something I need to be dealing with right now! Well, enough said! Sorry it's pretty boring. Everyone have a great rest of the week.
